Flooding or active leaks, no heat in freezing weather, electrical sparking, sewage backup, or a door or window that won’t lock: call 901-221-1225. After hours: (to be confirmed).
If you smell gas or see fire, leave the home first and call 911 and MLGW from outside.

Before you submit
- Check the breaker panel for power problems in one room
- Check that the thermostat has batteries and is set correctly
- For a clogged toilet, try a plunger first
