Use our maintenance request form or call our maintenance line, 901-221-1225. Requests go to our service desk and are handled on a routine or emergency basis, depending on the issue. You can also submit and track requests in the resident portal.
For emergencies requiring police or fire response, call 911 first, then call us. If you suspect a gas leak, leave the home immediately and call the gas company’s emergency number from outside, then call us.
