We want everyone to be able to find a home, apply, pay rent, request repairs and learn about our services on this website, including people who use assistive technology.
Our standard
We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we’ve done
- Clear headings, labels and landmarks on every page
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA, and focus outlines you can see
- Full keyboard access to menus, forms and questions
- Forms that explain errors in text, not color alone
- Automated checks plus manual keyboard testing before launch (last review: (to be confirmed))
Known limitations
Some tools we link to are run by other companies, and we don’t control their accessibility: the Propertyware owner and resident portals, Tenant Turner showing scheduling and online applications, and Google Maps. If any of them gives you trouble, call us and we’ll help you do the same thing another way — by phone, email or in person.
