Rental application
Every adult 18 or older who will live in the home completes a separate application.
How to apply
- Check the rental requirements so you know what we look for and what to have ready.
- Apply online through our secure application provider, or download the paper application.
- Pay the application fee of $45 per adult. Application fees are non-refundable.
- Send your documents: two recent pay stubs or income statements, benefits statements if they apply, your RTA if you are a Memphis Housing Authority participant, and a photo ID.
Your information stays protected. This website never asks for your Social Security number, date of birth, ID or pay stubs. Those go only into the secure application with our screening provider.
Before you apply
- You’ve seen the home, or booked a showing from its listing
- Each adult has their own application
- The total move-in amount (rent and deposit) will be ready once you’re approved
