How it works
From first call to monthly reports
- Free rental analysis. We look at your property and send a rent estimate and a written quote.
- Agreement and onboarding. We review the property at the start of our partnership and set your owner portal up.
- Rent-ready preparation. We recommend the turnover work that matters most for the market and oversee it, with an estimate first.
- Marketing and showings. Quality photos, detailed listings and online showing scheduling through Tenant Turner.
- Screening and lease. The same written criteria for every applicant, then a signed lease and move-in.
- Rent, repairs and reports. Rent is collected through Propertyware, repairs are coordinated, and you get monthly statements and direct deposit.
Maintenance without the phone tag
We handle requests from start to finish. Repairs under your approved limit ((to be confirmed)) are handled right away; larger ones come to you first. Our staff handles many minor repairs, and emergency repairs are covered around the clock.
Reports you can check any time
Each owner has a portal profile with rent payments, maintenance requests, property details and past monthly statements. Statements are emailed and funds are transferred directly to your bank account.
Unit preparation and rehab
Between residents we suggest the routine turnover work that matters most, with a cost estimate, and oversee it. Our in-house team can take on rehabilitation when needed, with a recommended new market rent.
